In 2006, Mr. Luo entered the cooling tower industry, embarking on a long and challenging career. With a steadfast belief in reshaping the industry's future and his insightful foresight, Mr. Luo decisively founded his own brand of closed cooling towers, XueLun General Machinery Co., Ltd., in 2017.
